Current Rental Rates

Weekly Rate (6 pm Fri to 6 pm Fri): $1,200.00

Weekend Rate (Fri & Sat): $350.00

Weekly check in/out at 6 p.m. on Fridays. Check the web calendar​ for availability. Contact the Reservation Coordinator by email or phone to confirm your reservation.

A deposit of one-half rent is required in order to have rental dates reserved.  Deposits must be received within 14 days. If a deposit is not received, the requested dates will be released for other renters to request. Rental payments and deposits may be made by cash or check and should be mailed to the Reservation Coordinator at the address provided. Make checks payable to Susan Lawrenz.

All reservations for the summer rental season must be paid in full by March first. No refunds will be given for any reason.

Cottage occupancy is limited to two families with a maximum of four adults and accompanying children.
